makiolaj 9d8a6aecf4 Read the series rule from the tasks table for provider tasks (#135) ...

The instances view masks rrule/rdate with NULL, so on tasks.org's provider
(no is_recurring column) every series read as a one-off, and on every
provider the editor opened without its rule.
