Subject: [PATCH] chore: pin floret-kit to v0.2.1

The time-zone picker needs the scaffold's `scrollable` opt-out, which
landed in 0.2.1. Pins the tag rather than the branch commit the work was
developed against, keeping the tag-pinning convention.
