fix(fdroid): use valid 'Calendar & Agenda' category in official recipe

The old F-Droid 'Time' category was retired in the current fdroiddata
taxonomy; fdroid lint rejects it. 'Calendar & Agenda' is the canonical
fit and matches what was submitted upstream (fdroiddata MR !40967).
