Adds Renovate for dependency updates (prod-readiness item 9).

  • renovate.json5: config:recommended + semantic commits, no automerge, dependency dashboard on; material3 stays on its 1.5-alpha pin in an isolated PR; test deps grouped; github-actions manager watches .gitea/workflows.
  • .gitea/workflows/renovate.yml: self-hosted via renovatebot/github-action, Mondays 05:00 UTC + manual dispatch, scoped to makiolaj/calendula.

Bot account renovate-bot (write collaborator) + RENOVATE_TOKEN secret are already provisioned. Cron + config only take effect once this is on the default branch.
