Jean-Luc Makiolaandmakiolaj 8bd2ac7a9a Remove dead code and unused imports (#407) ...

First step of the simplification review. No behaviour change.

- Unreachable paged-month path (`MonthContent` / `MonthPager` / `MonthPage`); the month branch is now scrolling vs split
- `ui/day/` and its test, `MonthViewModel.anchorPage`, `PagedTimelineViewModel.goToDate`, `SettingsPrefs.setQuickSwitchConfig`, `TimelineHours.span`
- `PermissionViewModel` / `PermissionUiState`, replaced by a saveable `denied` flag in `PermissionScreen`
- `ReminderNotifier.post` no longer returns a value nobody read
- 38 unused imports outside the widget code
