chore: move to floret-kit 0.7.0 and its toolchain

floret-kit main now needs Gradle >= 9.6, so bump to Gradle 9.8.0,
AGP 9.4.1, Kotlin 2.4.20, and Hilt 2.60.1 / KSP 2.3.11 to read
Kotlin 2.4 metadata.
