New page at /calendula/privacy. Play needs a public privacy policy URL for every app, and /datenschutz only covers the website.

English, since the store listing is en-US — /datenschutz and /impressum stay German.

Second commit moves LEGAL.email to business@ and points the two hardcoded mailto links at it, so there's one source again.
