Scaffold Nuxt 4 project with Tailwind CSS and Nuxt UI.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Nuxt 4 initialized with TypeScript
  • Tailwind CSS configured
  • Nuxt UI installed and working
  • Basic layout structure
  • Dev server runs successfully
  • PWA module configured

Technical Details

  • Use Bun as package manager
  • Configure tailwind.config.ts
  • Set up app/ directory structure
  • Add basic components (AppHeader, AppFooter)
