Implements PWA manifest with:

  • App metadata (name, description, theme colors)
  • Icon configuration (192x192, 512x512, maskable variants)
  • Screenshot configuration for app stores
  • Workbox service worker with runtime caching
  • Supabase API caching strategy
  • Dev mode enabled for testing

Closes #32
Requires #33 (icon generation) for complete PWA setup
