Add low-stock notifications/alerts

Feature: Dashboard summary showing items that need restocking

Requirements:

  • Create "Low Stock" summary section on dashboard
  • Show count of items below threshold
  • List low-stock items with restock button
  • Sort by urgency (quantity closest to 0)
  • Link to filtered inventory view

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Low Stock summary card on dashboard
  • Shows accurate count of low-stock items
  • Displays items needing restock
  • Quick restock action available
  • Links to filtered view of all low-stock items
